Monthly Billing Information
  • Your bill will be sent to you on or about the 15th of each month.  Accounts are due on receipt but if payment is not received by the 1st of the month a late penalty is added.  After that, if payment is not received, “Red” late notices are mailed approximately on the 3rd of each month.  The cut-off date is noted on this card.  If the past due amount is not received before the cut-off date, water is disconnected on that day.  A reconnect fee of $20 is added and must be paid with past due amount before water can be reconnected.

  • There is a $10 fee for all returned checks.  Any Returned Checks and fees must be paid in cash, credit card, or money order within 5 days of notice.  Failure to do so places your account in delinquency and subject to disconnection

  • A deposit of $60 is required on all new customers and a $20 non-refundable new account fee.  The $60 deposit is held for 12 months, and if your bill is not delinquent any time during that period, the deposit is credited back to your account with interest at the current bank rate.
