TERMS:
Oldham County Water District reads our meters and bills all accounts monthly. Your account balance is due and payable in full on receipt. However, if the amount due on or before due date is not in our office by the due date noted on your bill, you will be charged a late fee. If your account is not paid before the next billing date and has a Previous Balance your account is considered delinquent and subject to disconnection. There is a Previous Balance cut off date on each bill monthly and only applies to the accounts that are delinquent. Should your water service be disconnected due to past due status, there is a $20.00 reconnect fee added to your pasted due amount. All fees and past due amount must be paid before water service can be reinstated. All final bills not paid within 90 days will be turned over to collections.
$20.00 Non refundable new service set up fee
$60.00 Deposit for all new customers (2/12 of the average yearly bill). This deposit is kept for 12 months and credited back to your account with interest if the account is kept current.
$10.00 fee for all returned checks or bank drafts
$20.00 fee for service calls (customer request)
$20.00 reconnect (delinquent account cut off)
$132.00 AFTER HOURS reconnect/turn on/service call
The customer is responsible for any neglect or damage to the meter and will be billed for the cost to repair or replace damaged part.

The Oldham County Water District bills for Sewer Fees on the water bills if you are connected to the sewer. This is a service we offer for the convenience of their customers. It is based on your water consumption and the rates are set by the sewer company. Any questions regarding sewer services, please contact your sewer provider.
